1. Drink a lot of water. Drinking a lot of water is a must for everyone who wants to lose fat. Forget soft drinks etc and try to drink only water (about 1-2 Liters). Water helps you full your stomach and eat less food.


2. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Their advantage is that you can eat as much as you want without adding any weight while losing fat.


3. When you want to loss fat you should not follow the principle "Don't eat anything and you will lose fat". In fact you must eat every 3-4 hours small amounts of food in order to accelerate your metabolism and lose more fat.


4. Start exercising daily. Just things like walking, running, bicycle and some dumbbell exercises. Don't forget to do these exercises early in the morning because then you burn the maximum amount of fat.
